If a vendor is displaying a CRV badge, seal, rating, or verification claim without an active public registry record, please submit the concern for review.
When to Submit a Report
- A vendor displays a CRV badge but cannot be verified in the public registry.
- A vendor claims CRV verification without showing a valid CRV ID.
- A vendor uses altered, expired, misleading, or unauthorized CRV artwork.
- A vendor misrepresents its CRV status, rating, or designation level.

What CRV May Review
CRV may review public vendor representations, displayed badges, registry status, verification claims, and supporting evidence submitted through the reporting process.
Possible Actions
Depending on the concern, CRV may issue a clarification, request badge removal, flag unauthorized use, update registry status, suspend recognition, or revoke verification privileges.
