Certification Fees & Structure
CRV certification involves a structured evaluation process followed by ongoing monitoring and registry maintenance. Fees are designed to support independent review, verification integrity, and continuous oversight of certified vendors.
Application Review Fee:
$500 (one-time)
Certification & Monitoring Fee:
$175 / month
Payment is not required at the time of application submission. Vendors that meet initial qualification criteria will be contacted with next steps, including formal onboarding and certification processing.
The evaluation fee is non-refundable and covers the structured review process conducted under the CRV framework.
Vendors are strongly encouraged to ensure that all relevant documentation, operational details, and supporting materials are available prior to submission. During the review process, CRV may request additional information necessary to complete evaluation.
Failure to provide requested information, or extended delays in communication, may result in the closure of the review case. Review cases may be closed if required materials are not provided within 14 business days from the start of the evaluation process.
Closure of a review case does not qualify for a refund of the evaluation fee.
