The application review fee is non-refundable and covers the structured evaluation process conducted under the CRV framework.
Vendors are expected to provide complete and accurate documentation at the time of submission, including business details, COA documentation, shipping system materials, return policy, RUO policy, and fulfillment information.
During the review process, CRV may request additional materials necessary to complete the evaluation. Failure to provide requested information or extended delays in communication may result in closure of the review case.
Closed, incomplete, delayed, or withdrawn review cases do not qualify for a refund of the application review fee.
